Sponsor package includes:
1. The status of Title Sponsor.
2. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed in advertising, promotional and informational materials of the conference and exhibition, press-releases and mass media messages before, during and after the event.
3. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed on the official event website with a link to the Sponsor company website.
4. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed on the cover page of the conference brochure that will be disseminated among all conference and exhibition participants and representatives of the Ukrainian authorities.
5. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed on banners in conference premises.
6. A Sponsor’s representative will make a welcome speech at the Conference opening.
7. A Sponsor’s representative will participate in the Official Exhibition Opening Ceremony.
8. Free participation of 4 (four) sponsor’s representatives in official exhibition and all conference events (full pass).
9. Sponsor’s presentation at the Conference and the Investment Round Table (up to 20 min).
10. The Sponsor will be provided with the exhibition area space (4 x 2 m2) in the very centre of the exhibition hall. The Sponsor will be able to choose the exhibition stand location before other exhibitors.
11. Publication of the Sponsor’s advertisement on the inner side of the conference catalogue cover page (1 colour page).
12. Placement of information about the Sponsor (Company Profile) in the Sponsors Directory of the official event catalogue (1 page).
13. The Sponsor’s promotional materials (brochures, information sheets, etc.) will be included in the Conference kits and the press kit for journalists (the promotional materials are to be provided by the Sponsor).
14. The Sponsor will receive the list of Conference and Exhibition participants (with all contact details) before the event upon request.
15. A Sponsor’s representative will be offered to participate in the press-conference to be held during the event.
