Sponsor package includes:
1. The status of Official Sponsor.
2. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed in advertising, promotional and informational materials of the conference and exhibition, press-releases and mass media messages before, during and after the event.
3. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed on the official event website with a link to the Sponsor company website.
4. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed on the cover page of the conference brochure that will be disseminated among all conference and exhibition participants and representatives of the Ukrainian authorities.
5. The Sponsor company logo with the type of sponsorship will be displayed on banners in conference premises.
6. Free participation of two sponsor’s representatives in official exhibition and all conference events (full pass).
7. The Sponsor will be provided with the exhibition area space (3 x 2 m2) in the exhibition hall.
8. Publication of the Sponsor’s advertisement in the Conference Catalogue (half a page, colour).
9. Placement of information about the Sponsor (Company Profile) in the Sponsors Directory of the official event catalogue (half a page).
10. The Sponsor’s promotional materials (brochures, information sheets, etc.) will be included in the Conference kits and the press kit for journalists (the promotional materials are to be provided by the Sponsor).
